- Full payment of term fees is required prior to the commencement of a new term. Term fees will not be reduced for personal holidays or absence from classes, Refunds are not given for un-used classes.
- Outstanding fees also impact your ability to enrol in a new club.
- Medical reasons (Illness, Long term injury) with a doctor’s certificate are the only exception (class costs do not decrease because your child is absent).
- Gymnasts will not be allowed to participate in any classes if fees are still unpaid by the start of week 1.
- Credits for injury only is given when a valid doctors’ certificate is given to the office on the gymnast’s return and only when the injury occurred at the club or in competition Dolphin Gymnastics involved.
- Competition Fees – if an athlete withdraws from a competition, a refund will only be issued upon production of a valid medical certificate.
- Classes scheduled for Public Holidays will still run unless told otherwise.
- Classes scheduled after competition day will not run unless told otherwise.
- Entry to the training area will only be permitted from 3.55pm Monday-Friday, or 8.55am Saturday to ensure appropriate supervision.
- Make-up classes are NOT available due to class sizes.
- No reduction term fees for family holidays.
- All parents, siblings, etc. watching gymnasts must remain in the viewing area upstairs. No access to any equipment for non-gymnasts at any time, including the trampoline area.
- Parents must not coach or contact gymnasts during classes.
- Gymnasts can only use gym equipment during class times and when supervised by a coach.
- No food is to be brought to the gym for consumption. Water in re-usable containers is preferred to soft drinks.
- No contact between parents and Coaches during classes/training times, please make an appointment or wait until the end of the class to discuss any issues.
- Complaints or issues must go through reception or head coach.
- In case of any information from the club to any member will be in writing on club letter head, otherwise it’s not considered from the club management.
- Although there is no compulsory uniform, shorts/tracksuit pants/leggings with a t-shirt/crop top are mandatory. Jeans, cargo pants/shorts or skirts are not acceptable gym training attire. Please ensure your child wears appropriate clothes or they may be barred from joining the class at the coaches’ discretion.
- All gymnasts representing Dolphin Gymnastics must wear club uniform.
- Long hair must be neatly tied back (this is for boys and girls).
- Anybody using the kitchen, must clean up after themselves – this includes after using the microwave.
- Please check the lost property basket regularly, items are washed and donated to charities at regular times during the year.
